we allow a 2-hour shoot to capture everything we need. We will discuss with you in detail how best to capture the event and then we arrive early to film the actual location and your arrival. We use multiple cameras in a variety of locations to film the event so you don't notice us there. Our aim is to remain unseen till after you propose. Depending on what you want we can then interview you both or film some creative footage to add to the day. We use hidden mikes to capture audio.
You will receive a 5-minute highlight of the proposal. The footage will be hosted online (on your own permanent webpage) for you to share with friends & family, you can also download the files at any time.

We film the engagement party from the final preparations before the guests arrive till the end of formalities. 2 camera operators will remain in the background covering the evening from multiple angles. We use separate audio recorders to capture any speeches and static cameras to capture all the guests.

Once the edit is complete you will receive a 5-minute highlight of the evening plus a longer edit of the whole engagement party. Once the formal dances are over and the guests hit the dance floor, we pack up and leave you to enjoy the evening.

Pre-Wedding shoot
some months before the wedding we organise a half day film shoot. We can create a save-the-date video or re-create your proposal (if possible) or film a music video style clip depicting your relationship or simply interview you both in your favourite location.

$1 for every kilometre travelled - simply work out the total round trip from Lake Munmorah on the Central Coast to your location.
We are happy to travel to any country area in NSW but we do need to cover our costs.
If your wedding is further than 100 km from Lake Munmorah on the Central Coast you will need to factor in the cost of travel and accommodation.
I'm obliged to provide separate accommodation for any member of staff who accompanies me on such a trip and wages for the actual driving period
Travel costs are calculated from the actual running costs determined by the NRMA plus wages for my 2nd camera operator.
Accommodation is calculated at $100 per person per room per night.
** This applies to country NSW - if your wedding is in the greater sydney area the cost is $2/kilometre round trip

Live Streaming

Live streaming is available for all ceremonies. We set up a single camera in or near the centre aisle and live stream the ceremony online for your friends and family to watch with your own private link. The stream is available worldwide (viewer will need to take into account the local timezone)
Live streaming is dependant on a strong mobile signal or access to an internet connection and maximum length of the stream is 2 hours.
We will provide a link the day before the ceremony for you to circulate to friends & family who can't attend on the day.

Drone Footage

We will provide a CASA registered drone & authorised pilot to film at the location.
Filming will be dependant on the weather & flight restrictions at the location. If the drone is unable to fly due to weather or restrictions, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
